I spend so much time asking my clients many questions they have never been asked before to truly connect your dots. By having you submit The Terrain 10 questionnaire we work on the top 3 areas your body/mind needs to focus on first.  This questionnaire along with your DNA results, blood labs will truly allow me to create a very personalized experience for you. It does not matter if you are looking for better metabolic health or have a disease process I will treat “YOU”, the person, not the disease.  We will come up with a plan together for your diet, supplementation, why/when/what/how to eat, how to move, breath, sleep.  It is always all encompassing.  I am so passionate about connecting with people and helping them to understand their terrain hiccups.
